Terms & Conditions — ryu4d Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions (as notified in accordance with Clause 14) constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version (if provided), the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. The Platform is principally directed at residents of Indonesia; however, it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access and use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Company or any third-party responsible gambling scheme.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party when registering or placing Wagers.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by the Company for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or relative of an employee of the Company or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any registration application or to close any Account at any time without being required to provide a reason, where the Company reasonably believes that the eligibility criteria have not been met or can no longer be met.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any one time. Opening or maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile telephone number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. The Company will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as your own, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify the Company immediately by contacting the 24/7 support team. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, the Company requires completion of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as a Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP, passport, or SIM) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method. The Company may request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company currently supports the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available payment methods, processing times, and applicable limits are subject to change; the most current information is displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

Deposits: You may only deposit Funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources without processing. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable limits are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, wherever technically possible. The Company aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to additional verification checks. The Company reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC or where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

Deposit and Withdrawal Limits: The Platform operates with a minimum deposit of Rp 10.000 and a minimum withdrawal of Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply at the account tier level and are communicated in the Cashier section. VIP-tier Users may be eligible for enhanced limits as determined by the Company.

All Funds held in User Accounts are segregated from the Company's operating funds. The Company does not pay interest on Account balances. Funds held in a dormant Account (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as notified to you by email prior to its application.

ryu4d offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms & Conditions as well as any additional terms specific to each individual promotion, which will be published at the point of offer.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, and expiry periods will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms. It is the User's responsibility to read and understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.

• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagers placed on games with restricted or reduced contribution percentages (as listed in the promotion terms) will not contribute in full toward wagering requirements.
• If a User attempts to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the Company reserves the right to deduct any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per household, device, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, hedging, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

VIP Programme: The ryu4d loyalty programme operates across Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers. Tier assignment and associated benefits — including cashback rates, priority processing, and dedicated account management — are determined solely by the Company based on wagering activity and account standing. The Company reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, and programme structure at any time.

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product vertical — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Sakong, and Mahjong. These product-specific rules are published within each respective section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, the Company's decision is final. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled in accordance with the multi-bet rules published in the Sportsbook section. The Company reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error, technical malfunction, or manifest mistake has occurred.

Live Casino & Slots: All games are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. • Loss of or corruption to data or software;
• Interruption to, or unavailability of, the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside the Company's reasonable control;
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or balance calculations resulting from technical malfunctions, where such bets or games have been voided in accordance with Clause 7;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any information published therein.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to meet or maintain the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or other unfair advantage tools as described in Clause 7;
• Abuse of bonus promotions or exploitation of pricing errors;
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or reversal of deposits;
• Any action that the Company determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

Upon Account closure, the Company will conduct a review of the Account balance and, where no outstanding breach, forfeiture condition, or investigation is pending, will return verified Funds to the User via the same payment method used for deposit. The Company is under no obligation to return Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations accrued prior to closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Company holds an international gaming licence and operates in compliance with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter by good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting the Company's support team in writing, providing full details of the matter. The Company will acknowledge your dispute within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable timeframe, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by the Company. Each party shall bear its own costs in relation to the arbitration unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered Users by email to the address on file and/or by publishing a notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the revised terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal obligation or to address an urgent security or fraud risk.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
